The headquarter is located in Haikou, with project departments in Haikou, Luzhou and Sanya, to undertake the supervision of the Hainan Provincial Social Organization Incubation Base in 2018, the Hainan Provincial Foundation Level Assessment in 2018, the overall planning and operation of the Luzhou Large Community Comprehensive Service Center, Sanya City Tianya District social organization incubation base operation and other projects.
